Study Hall is designed for parents who may need until 5:00 p.m. to pick their child up from school and is available for students in grade 6-8 who are not in a sports or arts program. For students in Preschool through grade 5 Aftercare is available. It is run in conjunction with our S.E.A. programs.

Registration

There are three payment methods available: monthly registration, punch card, or emergency drop-in charge.

Monthly Registration 

All students must be enrolled in order to attend Study Hall. Emergency drop-ins are permitted. You must notify via email your child’s advisor, the front desk, and the Aftercare Director when needed.  

Enrollment is completed monthly. When enrolling, select the day(s) your child will attend. Selecting a day will reserve your child's space each of that day for the whole month. For example, if there are 4 Monday school days that month, you will be charged for 4 days. 

* Registration is open for the first semester beginning July 15

* Registration closes 48 hours before the 1st of the month, with the exception of August

* A late registration fee of $10 will apply the week leading up to the 1st of the month, with the exception of August

Drop-in Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of drop-ins, there are three payment methods available: 10 punch card, 20 punch card, or emergency drop-in charge.

10+1 Punch Card

You can purchase a 10 day punch card for $250 (10 drop-ins at $15). As a thank you for pre-paying your drop-ins, this card entitled you to a free 11th day!

20+2 Punch Card

You can purchase a 20 day punch card for $500 (20 drop-ins at $15). As a thank you for pre-paying your drop-ins, this card entitled you to two free days!

*Please note, punch cards can be shared by siblings

Emergency Drop-Ins

If for any reason your child needs to attend Study Hall, you will be required to pay a single session fee ($25). You will be emailed a link to remit payment. You can also purchase a punch card at that time.

* A late fee of $1 per minute will apply for pick-up after 5:30 pm

* There is a $5 processing fee per transaction

Study Hall takes place in the Middle School Tech Lab, located in the STEAM Center, as well as on the Field.
